Synopsis: 
Sarita, a young mother working from home during COVID-19 pandemic, tries to balance her work and family- but her endurance reaches a breaking point as responsibilities keep piling. 

Directors’ Bio: 
LSM(mononym) is a Filmmaker from western Nepal. He is a Media Studies Graduate from Kathmandu University School of Arts and has been making his films independently and also in collaboration with Gauthali Entertainment. 

Pinki Sris Rana is a Media Studies Graduate from Kathmandu University School of Arts and has a keen interest in understanding society and the norms that construct it. Currently, she works as a correspondent for Himal Media, a respected media house in Nepal.

Filmmakers’ Intention:
For years, we have been seeing women like Sarita in the form of our mothers, sisters, wives and aunts, who have been prioritizing family’s needs and interests above theirs. Be it their choice or against, they have been forced to choose a life that best fits the societal expectations. This story isn’t the best of its kind but it is a subtle story of the sacrifices women like Sarita make or are forced to embrace.
